Avon is a US$10 billion multinational cosmetics and direct selling company based in New York.  In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:

Sales Manager
(Seberang Jaya, Bukit Mertajam, Kulim, Butterworth)

Responsibilities:

• Generating sales through recruitment, motivation,  development and training of Avon Dealers.
• The job will involve implementing sales and marketing programs, recruitment and  development  of dealers, organizing sales meeting and rallies, handling sales events etc.

Requirements:

• Preferably  Females  between 28 - 35 years old with a strong interest in sales and meeting people
• Possess   a   degree  or  diploma  in  marketing,  business  or  related disciplines.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English is necessary.
• Relevant  experience  in  sales is preferred e.g. direct selling, public relations or marketing background
• Analytical skills and able to meet assigned sales target.
• Experienced in managing teams will be added advantage.
• Must  possess  valid  driving  licence and willing to travel extensively within district assigned.
• Must  be  based within assigned district e.g. Seberang Jaya, Bukit Mertajam, Kulim, Butterworth, Kilang Lama,
• Preferably candidates from Penang
